REFUND POLICY 

All sales are NON-REFUNDABLE.

However, we do offer store credit or exchanges.

All requests for store credit or exchanges must be made within 72 hours of delivery of merchandise. 

The customer is responsible for returning the items to Bella G Luxe Boutique along with shipping costs. Shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.  

All items being returned for store credit must be returned in its original packaging and condition. Items mus be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, free of smoke and fragrances. 

Bella G Luxe Boutique reserves the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet the requirements.   

All sale items are FINAL. 

All accessories are FINAL SALE. 

SHIPPING POLICY

HOW LONG IS PROCESSING AND SHIPPING?

All orders are verified and processed within  2-3 business days. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed for shipping on Monday.  All orders ship within 1-2 after processing.   

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We ship all orders USPS Priority mail, which is 2-3 days.  Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hrs after receiving your tracking number to check the USPS website, as sometimes the website does not update tracking information immediately. 

WHERE IS MY TRACKING NUMBER/EMAIL?

Please be sure to check your spam/junk folder as sometimes tracking emails get sent there. 

DO YOU PROVIDE INSURANCE?

All orders include $50 carrier insurance. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to request additional insurance, at an additional cost.

WHO IS YOUR SHIPPING CARRIER? 

All packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Express (rush) is available for an additional price. If you need a rush order, please email us at bellagluxebtq@gmail.com for a custom invoice.
